What Renters Like and Dislike About Cedar Rapids

We have our own private neighborhood pool that draws us all together. We have frequent neighborhood parties there.

The houses are unique and not cookie cutter. The neighbors are friendly. It feels safe to live here. I love my house.

I like that it's close to both a Walmart and a Target. I have everything I need within a very short driving distance.

Everything is close by like restaurants, grocery stores, sports bars, and family. diCalo's pizza is our favorite local restaurant.

It is geared towards an older group of the population i.e. 55+ years old mostly retired. The isolation of the rural location but close enough to urban areas for groceries and entertainment.

There are multiple places to eat at. I love to eat at Mexican restaurants and Italian restaurants. We are within a few minutes of restaurants
