    The apartments are well-kept, quiet, and secure. Neighbors are friendly and the atmosphere is very family-oriented.

    This place is awful!!! Cockroaches. The first night my grandchild had roach bites on her. The Offie woman (Debbie) did not care and either did the company. They charge you for pest control but do not get rid of the bugs. They (Debbie) will lie and charge you for things that you never did and that are untrue, when you move out. Unprofessional, Rude, Disrespectful, not helpful, infested with bugs, do not respond to maintenance requests. Timberland Partners are slum lords.

    I love the location. The staff are friendly and seem to care about the residents. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. It's a good place for children as there are a lot of areas for play. RENT IS TOO HIGH

    Clean, spacious, quiet and safe. Office personnel friendly, knowledgeable, and professional - great service. Maintenance staff responsive. Honestly couldn't ask for more from an apartment or accompanying staff. Thanks
