Poor choice of snow removal bids thought you would do better looking else where to move into

I moved in almost 2 months ago, deanna made the process suoer easy. Nice area to walk and i love sitting on my deck in the evenings. loving it here so far

chateau knoll is a beautiful place to live they have all the amenities they have great management it is so peaceful and quiet I love it

Love living here simply because the neighbors are friendly, the apartments are nice and spacious and you know youre in a good, safe neighborhood.

Lease Terms

12-Month

Lease terms: 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Security deposit of $200 required (DOC). Pet policy: up to 50 lbs/ea, maximum two pets per unit. Non-refundable pet fee of $200 required, plus pet rent of $40-$50/mo. Breed restrictions apply.
