Inside looks nice but everything is made of cheap material. Heat and other building necessities aren't always reliable. Incredibly noisy during all hours. Maintenance workers are lazy and rarely fix the problems. Overall, this place is way overpriced.

They run a hard credit check without telling you. Then take a $500 fee on top of the application fee ($45 per person). Then if you are not approved. It takes over a week to get your $500 back. Management is very rude.

For me, who do not really care for apartment dwelling, I think this is one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. I love the spacious rooms. Fell in love with my pantry, laundry room, and master bed and bath the moment I viewed the unit. It's a very well kept and clean and friendly community. The office staff is ALWAYS amazing and ready to help with whatever. This is definitely a community that I would recommend to anyone searching for a great apartment home.
