Spruce Pointe Apartments include FREE HEAT (you control the thermostat), FREE WATER, FREE SEWER, FREE TRASH, Dish TV Top 200 (240 channels), cable (95 channels) and 100 mbps Internet with WIFI!
The only utility you pay is electricity which we guarantee $45 in a 1 bedroom, $50 in a 2 bedroom, and $60 in a 3 bedroom, even including air conditioning! The value of all these things is $200-300 a month. This is the best value around!
We have a playground, access to a 20ftx60ft swimming pool, and a basketball court. We are conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment with easy freeway access. We are proud to be a smoke-free and pet friendly community.
Additionally, we offer a 24-hour 2,500 SF fitness facility. We also have a FREE 114-door parcel locker room accessible 24 hours a day to keep your packages safe. Plus, unlike most other complexes you get to tour your actual apartment! We have 25 floorplans, one of which we are confident will meet your needs.
There are two options for applying: (1) Apply for a specific apartment online (2) Schedule a tour and apply in office after you have picked a specific unit out. A standard security deposit of $500 is required upon approval.

Resident quality has gone down some. Forced ISP and Cable was frustrating due to existing lines from another ISP are available. A choice would have been nice. Otherwise all is well.

There have been some issues in the apartment such as hot water pressure not being high enough, the fan in the bathroom stays on for awhile after the switch is down, and there seems to be an untimely response to fix those issues or answer questions. However, everything else in the apartment seems great, and the maintenance staff has been most helpful.
