i don't like this community and i would never recommend this community to my friends or family or coworkers. we left our apartment before our lease was ended and they charged us the early termination fee which is acceptable. They charged us unnecessary fees like $500 for 2 or 3 bleach stains on carpet and there was already mold on counter tops before we moved in to the apartment and they charged us $400. can you believe this? This was like taking unnecessary money from your tenants. i would highly recommend not to go for this apartment. Apart from all this when we moved in nothing was changed in the apartment, things were broken, toilet was dirty, bath tub was getting overflowed.
Love living here. Staff is great. Bark Park is huge.
Living within walking distance fro, The Village was a selling point.
Quiet, nice grounds, great office staff, newer appliances
Neat common areas, quiet, nice floorplans
Compared to similar apartments, the units seem to be a bit above market pricing. The appliances and fixtures are cheap apartment grade (and very annoying). Walking up to my front door, I see landscaping that is embarrassing - patches of dead grass, bushes overrunning the sidewalk, etc. The massive potholes this winter were allowed to grow far more than they should have, and the nasty asphalt throughout the community is an eyesore.
