Immediate disaster since the day we moved in. Dirty, appliances not working right. Tiles and grout missing from shower in main bath. Tub chipped and was promised a reglaze. No dice. Waited 6 weeks to a get a burned out bulb replaced in track lighting in kitchen. Went and bought my own. Water damaged ceiling in kitchen never repaired and being promised. Ceiling sags. For $1400 a month this is a rip off. Under new ownership and they suck . Stay away from here. We're looking into breaking our lease to get out of here
While the apartments themselves are very nice, my 2+ year experience has been deplorable.
The parking "improvements" have been a nightmare to deal with (if you don't have a permit, plan on a good 5-minute walk from the spot you've managed to find in the reaches of outer Mongolia).
Almost zero restrictions are placed or enforced on tenants to keep the area neat (imagine an overall odor of dog poo upon approaching any of the buildings, finding random junk in common areas, and cigarette butts as far as the eye can see).
The management office certainly does not help - the information available on the website is very rarely accurate (especially in terms of apartment availability/monthly rent), packages sit for days on end because the staff can't be bothered to let tenants know when they've arrived, ridiculous fees are added at random (as an example, I will be charged a fee to remove the lovely new ceiling fans I installed at my own expense so that the apartment can be returned to its "original condition" sans overhead lights of any kind), and I cannot begin to thoroughly describe the shortcomings of the entire maintenance process.
I suggest you look elsewhere before signing a lease at with Quail Run.
Parking is a problem at the apartments. The management is not addressing it and wants to put their problem into your hands. They simply do not have enough parking spaces. The worst thing is though that the management does not care and has no systems in place to organize the parking spaces that works. Very bad customer care.
Parking is awful. Management is rude and acts like you are the problem if you encounter an issue. Apartments are overpriced, but they are nice.
10/5/17 - Quail Run Apartments
Do not move into this apartment complex if you plan to live with another individual who owns a car. In other words, if you have two cars you do not want to live here. Quail run has assigned one parking space per apartment, so while my brother has a spot I do not. Quail run has contracted a towing company to tow cars that are not in the correct spot, and it costs 200 dollars to get your car back from Indy Pro Tow (also a terribly ran business). I have woken up twice now to go to class or to work and my car is gone and it is all because Quail Run has failed to provide adequate parking spaces for their residents. No one should have to pay 900 dollars a month in rent and have to worry about if their car will be there in the morning. Quail Run is a terrible place to live.
