If anything ever needs maintanance or attention the Blvd staff ensures to attend to the matter. The grounds are always cleaned and there are fun community events run by the staff.

The staff is friendly and very helpful in any/all circumstances in whatever I have needed. They go out of their way to make the living experience very pleasant.

The staff here are completely unprofessional and terrible at communicating. I was placed on the waitlist in January and the staff appeared very optimistic about us becoming tenants there in May. We had to pay 120$ to be placed on the waitlist and were told that they would be contacting us often so that we could tour our desired apartment unit. We were also told that we would be contacted no later than 60 days prior to our move in date. I was never once contacted by the staff and I had to call them to ask multiple times about our status on the waitlist. When an apartment did become available, the rent had increased by $400 per month. When I told them that the rent price was out of my budget due to the increase, the staff seemed confident that they would be able to give us a reduced rent due to being placed on the waitlist so early. I waited 2 weeks to hear from them and every time I called they said they still had not had a chance to talk to the leasing manager. I now have had to find other living arrangements because they have not contacted me and most apartment complexes are full. This has been a very unprofessional experience and all they do is take your money. They act like this complex is in downtown Indy based on their prices. Do yourself a favor and dont even waist your time trying to lease from this office.

I love living here! I moved in December of 2018. The office and maintenance guys are great. During the crazy time, they still have kept the property up and communicated with us.
