Helpful, but associates not fully prepared or knowledgeable of what other was doing.
Loving new management
Unfortunately, I have to give this place 1 star.
The old management was great. Always friendly and the communication was A+ the new management, not so much.
The property manager is nice but NEVER knows what is going on. The communication is TERRIBLE and every time I have tried to get clarification for it I am met with "I don't know what they're doing" or "excuses blaming old management and the tenants.
The communication is absolutely terrible. Everyone was confused about the Comcast contract ending and instead of making sure people understood, they just complained about how little people came to talk to Comcast reps (they came during work hours so naturally many people couldn't show)
There were also promises that the Comcast bundle would be better and cheaper or equal to what we were paying.
That was completely incorrect. There was no type of discount or anything. Management promised updated equipment. Untrue.
Instead of emailing the newsletters or any notices so that the tenants can see them right away, things are taped to our doors. I can't imagine that is a quick process. If you don't have email addresses or phone numbers, put a form on our doors and have us fill them out with our contact information. OR look at our lease it has how to contact us.
Making sure that your tenants know everything that is going on is essential to being a property manager. We never know ANYTHING that is going on.
They are changing breed restrictions and not telling people until last minute giving them little time to look elsewhere for housing.
I hate to give negative reviews or even 1 star but I have to. Between the lack of communication, amount of blaming and excuses, reluctance to listen to tenants, decrease in amenities, and the insane spike in rent I only have the choice to rate 1 star. I would say I hope that within the next few months these things are changed but it has been several and I have seen no improvements.
The suck in every area possible. Can't keep to their word. The new manager sucks and she keeps giving an excuse of being new. Woman, it's already mid-July and you got hired in January. Do your job right. Also, stop being racist and biased. Everyone deserves equality since we all pay rent. You depend on Britteny all the time to do the job. Then she should be the manager then and not you.
This place is a scam, they are just trying to get your NON-REFUNDABLE application fee of 60 dollars. Very unfriendly staff, don't rent here.
