Harmony Apartments

At Harmony Apartments in Westfield, Indiana, I had multiple experiences with dishonest apartment management, and numerous issues with my apartment. I doubt that these concerns are being passed onto potential renters, so I feel obligated to share details from my experience. My apartment building seemed to be poorly constructed. Insulation seemed to be very thin (I could hear my neighbors when they talked quietly and my heating costs in the winter we over $200/month for a one bedroom on the top floor). Countertops were easily scratched and stained. Wall paint was so thin and cheap that marks were left by the slightest contact. Bedroom carpet was poorly installed and easily came up along the edges when vacuuming, especially at the door. Common areas and amenities were rarely cleaned. Amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and pool are very small for such a large community. I requested assistance from the management multiple times during my lease term. Every time I was told there was nothing that could be done to help. Aside from the repeated lack of assistance from the office, I experienced dishonest behavior multiple times as well. To top it off, I submitted my move out notice with the reason for moving out noted as Unhappy with apartment, but the management changed it to Wanted a change / Unhappy. I would strongly urge my family and friends to choose any other apartment over Harmony Apartments, Westfield.

Brand new, great staff, well built. Also unique and nice looking. Prices are reasonable given the quality and being brand new. We move in 10/25 and are looking forward to it!

Excited!!! What a great town! Moved from Mount Juliet, TN and have many reasons to fall in love with Westfield!
