The apartments are spacious. The appliances and construction are high end. It does not have the typical apartment feel rather feels more like a house or condo. Best of all management is extremely helpful and personable. I would highly recommend Bridgewater apartments to anyone looking to move to an apartment in the Carmel/Westfield area.

Dont move here! I paid my rent on time every single month. They will add random things or your rent. Without checking with you first or coming into your apartment! For an example someone reported I had a Dog. Which I didnt so they added $300 on my rent. Without actually knowing or checking my apartment. I had my trash outside one day! For 5 mins because the dumpster is so far away. They charged me $50 when I asked neighbors who I seen. With trash outside there door a few times. Did they charge them $50 and THEY said No! Just insane how they do things. To people who pay rent on time and never bothers anyone.

Previous Management Company
Only lived here two months but electric bill has been over $300. Seems to be insufficient finishing of insulation or air barriers in walls as cold leaks into apartment through walls and heat runs constantly even though thermostat only set to 66. Other than that issue this is a great community with excellent build quality and amenities along with a very good management staff.
