    Best place I have ever lived, hands down. Staff and maintenance people went above and beyond. Anytime I needed anything they were right there. Great location, nice and quiet. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it!

    I needed a short term place to live when we sold our house. I spoke with someone in the office and went to look at an apartment. I wrote a deposit check for $1,400. The next day I found out that our plans had changed. I called the girl back to tell her. She basically said "too bad, no refunds" . So, that was the totality of my experience with Ashley Place. Please take me off your mailing list.

    The staff was always extremely helpful and responsive to anything I asked. Everyone was always friendly whenever I dealt with them. It was an excellent experience.

    The windows in our apartment are horrible. Almost impossible to open and close and they let cold air in constantly causing the heat to run all the time and running our electric bill up. Due to the extreme cold the past few days the heat cannot even keep the apartment warm due to all the cold air coming in around the windows and doors.

    Short notice during maintenance. Unnecessary service fee for utilities. Dumpsters or compactors are so far from apartment yet we pay for trash. Poor response to maintenance request. Poor snow removal.
