The staff is very accommodating and friendly. All questions are answered timely and with reassurance. The safety features and the location, as well as the friendly staff make this a very nice place to rent.
The location is convenient. The staff respond quickly to requests. Minor repairs are prompt and effective.

The staff is very rude...gave me a lease violation from an unbased complaint from a crazy neighbor. Staff does not get to the bottom of situation but rather throws threats around to its tenants.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From the North: Exit 175 South on SR 43 also known as North River Road. Continue till stop light at the corner of SR 43 & State Street. Turn left onto State Street. At the next light (Tapawingo Drive) turn left. Go to the stop sign, turn Right onto Brown Street. The office is on the left hand side. From the South: Exit 172 (Lafayette SR26 & Rossville Exit) Turn left off the exit and follow SR 26 all the way through Lafayette, past US Hwy 52 and past the Lafayette Courthouse. Just over the Wabash Landing Bridge is a stop light at the corner or SR 26 (now called State Street) and Tapawingo Drive. At the light turn right onto Tapawingo Drive. Proceed to the stop sign and turn left onto Brown Street. The office is on the left hand side.
