        Mayfair Village is the cheapest apartment you can get near Purdue, but it is not poorest in service and position. the bus services are quite good and the distance to Purdue is also accepted.

        I've been out on the streets and currently need a place to live and I think this would be perfect place for me .

        Overall, this apartment is good for people who are struggling finacially or have just gotten married and need something cheap while they build up money for something better. I don't have enough room to write all my complaints but herea are some, the doors and windows are extremely drafty and my bill is stupidly expenisve becasuse of it. I can hear everybody and everything going on in the building, and the laundry facility is disgusting, I refuse to pay to clean my clothes in it.

        The condition of the apartment was almost unacceptable and nothing, or not much, has been done to fix it. It takes forever to get anything repaired and it's often not done correctly.

        Good price for the space. Apartment is old and floor is squeaky. New management is very slow to respond to maintenance request.
