Best place Ive lived in West Lafayette in all the 7 years Ive spent here. Very convenient with CVS, subway, Wang hall, mcdonalds, gas station, a gym, freshcity market all within a hop skip and a jump away. No regrets, recommend it to anyone that wants to get some extra sleep in the morning and convenience if you have no car and are an international student.
Nice, clean apartments with good amenities
location is nice but the price is considered very high @ Purdue. Staff members are not helpful and they are just there to do the minimal amount of work. Everytime when a question arise, they are not helpful at all!! Stay away if possible.
Fuse is such a great place to live with such amazing staff. Couldnt be more satisfied.
Really disappointed. Great location and furnishing, but there are an obnoxious amount of downsides to living here. The rent is pretty pricey but would be fine if they didn't have so many issues.
Wifi is a constant struggle and it seems to go down several times a week
The fire alarm goes off at least once a month (and has gone off 4 times during this current winter break), causing the entire building to wait outside for 20+ minutes
Only 2 of the front desk/leasing office agents are actually helpful and half the time nobody is at the front desk
Whatever disinfectant the cleaning staff uses is smells absolutely horrible and makes the gym difficult to use
The study room has desks which are a struggle to get stable and incredibly uncomfortable chairs
The garbage dump is absolutely disgusting and should really be cleaned once in a while
Overall, I really do not get the sense that Fuse cares about its residents at all. Until they fix some of the numerous issues with their service I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend
