Nice, clean apartments with good amenities
Really disappointed. Great location and furnishing, but there are an obnoxious amount of downsides to living here. The rent is pretty pricey but would be fine if they didn't have so many issues.
Wifi is a constant struggle and it seems to go down several times a week
The fire alarm goes off at least once a month (and has gone off 4 times during this current winter break), causing the entire building to wait outside for 20+ minutes
Only 2 of the front desk/leasing office agents are actually helpful and half the time nobody is at the front desk
Whatever disinfectant the cleaning staff uses is smells absolutely horrible and makes the gym difficult to use
The study room has desks which are a struggle to get stable and incredibly uncomfortable chairs
The garbage dump is absolutely disgusting and should really be cleaned once in a while
Overall, I really do not get the sense that Fuse cares about its residents at all. Until they fix some of the numerous issues with their service I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend
I would have rated them as a 3 star apartment. It is nice but you pay for it, the location is nice. I am leaving this negative review because one year after I moved out I got a call from a collections agency saying that i owed FUSE money. I figured it was a scam because I hadn't heard anything from them. I place a call to the office and they apparently did send it to a collections agency without ever notifying me. The $100 for cleaning they wanted to charge me wasn't so much the issue as the fact that i went in and asked them after i moved out if i was good and they said yes, then proceeded to charge me once i had moved out of the state.
Decently nice place but poorly built and always loud here. Basically living in the international student dorms.
