The office staff were very approachable and knew me by face and name. One of their best strengths is getting maintenance requests done in a timely fashion. The Crestview north apartments are not big, but the layout is an efficient use of space! Neighbors were pretty quiet.
***DO NOT*** rent from Crestview if you:
-Want your security deposit back
-Like knowing what your rent will be before you sign your lease
-Like your privacy
-Want to be valued as a customer/lessee
Crestview is notorious for charging a ridiculous amount for a security deposit and keeping the entire thing when you move out. After leaving the apartment very clean and without damage (we have pictures provided BY CRESTVIEW to prove it), my roommate and I were charged over $800 in "cleaning and damage" charges.
They essentially use your security deposit to replace things that need upgraded in their apartments and you get to eat part or all of the cost.
Do not expect to get professional customer service. Do not expect to get your deposit back. Do not expect to know what your rent will be until you sign your lease. Do not expect to be notified beforehand when Crestview agents show your apartment to potential renters.
