Blackbird Farms

we will be moving there for a year in the second week of december 2021 with my husband and four year old son. one bedroom is enough for us and the rent we can pay is between 600-800 dollars.

It's been about a year living in Blackbird farm apartments. I love my time here. I live in a 2B 1B apartment, all the rooms are very spacious, especially the kitchen, and it also has a balcony for every unit. I liked it very much. One other impressive thing is the excellent maintenance service. All our maintenance requests are addressed instantaneously and staff does proper follow-up, making sure issues are resolved completely. Blackbird farm apartments are a must-consider option for nature lovers, consisting of greenery and birds chirping all round. Also, for students, it is the best place to live, with the 4B route bus stop just in front of the apartment. It also has gym and common lobby area to have relaxing time enjoying the view of the lake.

The follow-up is also excellent, making sure that the issue is fully addressed and that I'm satisfied with the outcome. For students, Blackbird Farms is an ideal choice. The apartment is conveniently located on the 4B bus route, which provides easy access to the university campus. This makes commuting a breeze.

I absolutely love it here, it is quite and peaceful. The lake is beautiful in the fall and it's so nice to have a dog park. The girls in the office are great and maintenance is the best ever, timely and efficient. The tennis court and pool are well maintained and always clean. Highly recommended. ...
