The apartments themselves aren't anything spectacular, but they are spacious and certainly adequately clean and in good shape. The maintenance staff is awesome! Coming from another apartment complex where maintenance was terrible, this staff is the best thing ever. Often they reply to your ticket the same day you submit it. The location is nice being close to restaurants and the grocery. Also, being on the bus loop is a huge plus.
It is a great place to live. The complex is dog friendly and so are the staff. I have been living here for almost 5 years and have never really had any maintence issues, but if anything does occur they are able to fix it promptly and around my schedule and they make sure that the dog re comfortable in the house with the staff. Overall a great place to live especially if you are a grad student at Purdue, it isn't for from campus and there is a more mature atmosphere here.
the office is very nice. when my home have any questions, they will come here very quickly. I am very satisfied.
If you pay your rent on time you're golden.
Living in Beau Jardin was peaceful and the apartments were good quality for the low price I was paying. However, when we moved out we were charged for damage that we were not responsible for. They considered the carpet near the door "excessively dirty", but we always took our shoes off before entering the apartment. The carpet wear was rather from the carpet being too high compared to the door. If my circumstances changed I would live there again, but that instance did rub me the wrong way.
