What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About West Lafayette

We live in a 55 and over community, so there is little to no late night noise. We do have a recreation center that has fun events along with a pool and workout area.

My favorite sandwich shop is nearby, the 7/11 I like is also pretty close, and I have a friend that lives close to me. My neighborhood is unique because it's right outside a very famous and popular city. With family and friends we usually go to casinos/hotels since there's places to eat in there.

All of the neighbors I've met so far are very friendly and polite. We look after each others property when we go on vacation. We within a mile of a grocery store, drug store, restaurants, bakery, hair salon, etc. Children can walk to private schools and public schools. Parks are only to blocks away.

What I like most about living in my neighborhood is it is quiet and safe. We have good neighbors who are friendly and watch out for each other. People take pride in their homes and they are well maintained. There are parks and some places to eat near by

I appreciate how close I am to so many businesses in my neighborhood. Since I work for Instacart it is nice to be near all grocery stores that offer orders.

We have a nice park nearby its is not big or anything like that but it is nice. We also have some good options for food around here and not the typical fast food options they are good sit down restaurants.
