    I love living at Windridge Village. The staff have been nothing but inviting and kind to my partner and I. The community is friendly, quiet, and the landscape is beautiful. My apartment is clean, and I love how quickly I can access maintenance. Couldn't be happier with my first apartment.

    I have lived at Windridge Village Apts for 3 years and I have been very happy with my apartment. The office staff is friendly and courteous. The Windridge leasing agent, Carol, is very caring and is quick to resolve any problems and put work orders in for maintenance issues. The Maintenance staff is outstanding. They go out of their way to fix any problems in a timely manner. There is always someone on call which is very comforting for after hours emergencies. My water heater went out on a Sunday morning and someone was here to fix it within an hour. The apartments are very reasonably priced for Valparaiso. Windridge is centrally located and is close to stores and restaurants. It is also pet friendly. My dog loves it here! There is also a Resident Portal online which makes paying rent fast and easy. The staff of Windridge and Compass Pointe have resident appreciation gatherings throughout the year for residents of Windridge Village and Compass Pointe. I think that is such a nice gesture and I've enjoyed attending them. Overall, I would highly recommend Windridge Village. It is a great place to live. View Less

    The buildings are poorly insulated, so NIPSCO bills are outrageous. Walls are paper thin. They dont turn on the AC even after its hot out. Stains on carpet, counters, etc. that are not fixed for new tenants. Outdated appliances. Maintenance does not respond to work requests in a timely manner, and when they do things do not get properly fixed. Management is rude.
