Cheryl was a great agent to work with, helped us with everything and questions we had. We had one incident with the plumbing and maintanence was here within minutes to repair. The neighbors are great and the kids are polite. I see this being my address for a few years.

I have lived in Valparaiso all my life. I just signed my 30 year lease living here at Vale Park. Words can not express my gratitude about the premises, staff, security I feel living here. They never fail to respond immediately when I need something fixed.
