      Not worth the price you pay. Ive lived here for nearly three years and weve had nothing but issues. Theyll tow your vehicle, you won't have any space for parking so dont invite guests over, the communication is terrible, the office staff is incompetent and they dont know how to check the Pay Rent box within the allotted time so they'll charge you a late fee, theres loud neighbors, mice infestations, lots of pot smokers, active shooters, there's mold in the apartments, the maintenance men are very loud and reluctant to fix anything with haste, the office staff can never be in the office within the posted hours, the fireplace never worked nor was it ever repaired as they mentioned it would be, and theyll charge you mysterious fees and wont notify you of them.

      Great place to be. Very quiet and cozy. It was nice that they upgraded the internet. The only bad thing was parking.

      Office staff has attitudes for no reason at all. They are no help. To high for such a little place. I cant wait to get outta here as soon as my lease is up.They let the only nice staff guy go. But kept the guy who scares everyone.

      TERRIBLE...outdated and overpriced. The units are run down and falling apart. Toilet tanks leaning against the wall, but hey if it's not leaking don't fix it. One bathroom barely had hot water and we actually had to ask them to turn on the furnace so that we could have heat in our unit. Parking is very limited, so if you have more than one car good luck finding an additional spot. Don't be fooled by the word "Aberdeen" in the name!
