Andover Park

The renovations are really making the place look nice. Other than the hallway, you do not hear noise from surrounding apartments. There are monthly contests to win credit towards your rent. (Ex. If you pay your rent before the first, you are entered to win a $100 rent credit.) The office staff members are very friendly and helpful.

Everyone is very helpful and office staff and maintenance do everything they can to make our living here enjoyable.

This complex is a great value. The management and maintenance staff are always very helpful and friendly. The units are nicely done and spacious. The grounds are well maintained. I couldn't be happier.

I enjoy living here. The location is close enough to downtown and also super close to one of the best park Valparaiso has to offer. A bit of a sweet spot if you will. Management is excellent, Brittany is warm, welcoming and helpful. As is the rest of the staff she has hired.

Andover Park Apts. is a nice place to live. I have lived here for almost 6 years. The office staff are very kind, caring and understanding, and they listen. The maintenance men are also very kind. When I call the office to have maintenance come to fix something, they are usually there within the hour. If not, they are probably in the middle of something that needs their attention. The grounds always look nice, and with the updates, it's a nice place to call home. Cindi
