What Renters Like and Dislike About Valparaiso

Great restaurants downtown. Within walking distance to grocery store. Favorite restaurant is Japanese sushi place called Furin.

it is nice and quiet we have plenty of things to do lots of nice parks plenty of nice restaurants to go to

In my neighborhood There's 2 parks near by. My son can play with his friends in the street. Great neighbors

My neighborhood is cohesive and has clear covenants about what we can or can't do to our homes and yards. This helps keep things neat and well cared for. We're very close to lots of shopping, and ten minutes from some of the best restaurants in the world.

We have a nice farmer's market. Good stores. Variety in restaurants. Variety of shops. Different activities available.

It feels very safe for walking and playing outside for kids. But its also close to the highway to get downtown and the shops.
