Northwind Apartments

Hi. I've been here for almost two years and I really like it. I'm in my 60's and I feel real safe here. And if there something you need and repairs they are there to help you . I have recommended this apartment area to my friends. Thank you. Terri l Erb

Love it her. No one bothers you. They keep up the property and maintenance is here when I need them. Great place. I feel safe also

If you are 5 days late paying rent, they start the eviction process. The internet company that they have a contract with is twice the price of other local companies, but because of the contract, you can only get internet or television through the expensive company. I was told a lot of money was spent renovating my apartment, but my bathroom faucet is broke and has been since I moved in. Not worth the price you pay per month.

I really enjoyed these apartments. I had talked to someone about living here in February and we had a deal since I am a student and cannot work. They got some new staff who were completely rude to me so I will not be living there. They told me that the deal was null and void since the person I made the deal with was no longer there. This made me frantic to find a new place and hope that I was not going to be homeless. I would not live here especially with the rude people in the office.

i've sent in a request for information twice now. 5 days i've waited with no response. The apartments look nice and i'd love to possibly live there but so far it seems they don't pay any attention to their emails and if they do they don't care to have new residents.
