Harrison Apartments of Terre Haute

Excellent first impression with the lady I spoke with several times.

I applied to live here, the lady in the office was very nice and friendly. The apartment looked clean and the neighbors seem friendly. Excited to potentially live here.

I have lived at Harrison West Apartments for little over 3 years and have had a great experience living here. The office manager (Toni) treats you in a personable manner and not like a tenant number. If I had any questions or concerns, Toni was always quick to respond to provide the answers I need. Any unexpected repairs that would come up were always addressed and fixed very timely. The main maintenance staff (Caleb) was also very friendly from a customer service perspective and would fix things so the issue would never happen again. Besides the customer service I experienced from Toni and Caleb, the rent cost was always very reasonable and included all other costs (water, sewage, internet) except electricity. My average electric bill was about an average of $75 a month. If you are looking for a place that provides wonderful customer service, does not have extras (like a pool, clubhouse, garage, etc), and gives you an opportunity to save money each month in bank because the rent is very affordable, then I highly recommend Harrison West Apartments!

The best place to live in the entire world. They treat you like family, they care for you and put yours safety first. Just thinking about the community warms my heart. I'd definitely recommend anyone to live here. If you have a nasty attitude, please stay away from this apartment. I don't want you writing any negative reviews just because they could not answer your every impossible needs.

For the price you can't really beat it. Harrison West gets internet included and that was the big game changer for me. It's always pretty quiet in the back at west. I have lived there for a year and haven't had too many problems but the ones I have had have been dealt with quickly. Toni is great to work and if she not in the office she will get back to you soon. There are a lot of better-looking apartments in Terre Haute that you can pay more for but for the price Harrison's service and the extras make up for it. Since moving in, I haven't regretted choosing Harrison at all. In my opinion, the best bang for your buck in Terre Haute.
