I WOULD GIVE IRISH ROW 0 STARS IF I COULD!!! The service is ATROCIOUS and they obviously DO NOT CARE about their customer experience. I have had an issue with the apartment I am subleasing for a month now - a loud, high-pitched ringing noise that occurs at all hours of the night, making it impossible to sleep. The leasing office told me it was coming from one of the pipes but they would have to get a third party company to fix, but that in the meantime they could move me into a vacant apartment until it was fixed, which they said would only take a few days. Two third party company evaluations and many days later, they notified me via email that they would have to replace the pipes entirely and would start to work on it within the week, but assured me that you are welcome to continue staying in apartment **** DIRECT QUOTE!!! Two weeks came and went without any notification until out of the blue today, I get an abrupt email that they do not even have a date set to replace the pipes but gave me a ONE DAY NOTICE to vacate the apartment I have been staying in for SEVERAL WEEKS!!! Not only was I inconvenienced by Irish Row the first time because the apartment I initially paid for was UNLIVABLE, but then they just expect me to up and leave with NO NOTICE, WITHOUT HAVING RESOLVED THE PROBLEM in the original apartment. I literally have 1 week left until I move out for good, and they will not even let me stay until then. After responding to them about the unfairness of this, they IGNORED ME. The renter I am subleasing from contacted them as well, and the office point blank told him on the phone that Irish Row was treating me so poorly because I am a subleaser and they did not feel responsible to me (despite my being an extension of the tenant!). They wont even deal with me directly by giving me a response! ABSURD! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! DO NOT RENT, SUBLEASE, OR STAY HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. Save yourself the trouble. Irish Row does not deserve to be patronized.
I would stay here because it is close to campus and looks like a newer building. It is near restaurants and stores. I also like that it is in a nice neighborhood.
