Indian Springs Apartments and Townhomes

I am a gulf war veteran, I have severe ptsd, heart problems, breathing issues, I get migraines very often, I get vertigo, I get disoriented easily, I get confused easily. Back some time ago, we got a knock on the door by two individuals saying they were from the complex to inspect the apartment, they did not offer any kind of identification to prove they worked at the complex and were there for them, we had maintenance over like 3 times prior in like the last 2 weeks prior to them knocking on the door so it seemed kind of suspicious to me especially since they didn't offer any identification, my wife told them no that we didn't want them to come in so they didn't. Some time later, we got a notice from the complex saying they are not renewing our lease because we didn't let them in to inspect the apartment, I have been to the office 3 times only to be greeted by some not so nice individuals, I have even offered to give them more than the daily rate of rent to get a few more days while we are trying to get into another apartment or house, money isn't the issue here, it is that we didn't let two people into our apartment that didn't show us any identification, something that I have never had to do in any of the apartments that I have rented. As I said, I am a disabled American veteran who served in the gulf and served about 9 years before I got out, I have issues with basically everything, life is hard at times, but even harder when you have disabilities, but the management doesn't seem to care. I have even offered them more money than they would be getting by just renting the apartment, even though they obviously know my physical disabilities, they don't care and apparently neither do the owners of the complex care about disabled people let alone disabled American Veterans so no, I would not recommend Indian Springs Apartments or any other apartments that might be owned by the same group to anyone ever! Any owners read this and care to talk to me, please, I'm waiting!

Worst place I ever lived this place is horrible and ran by even worse people.

The ladies in the office were all very nice and accommodating!

The leasing office staff is rude and unprofessional. Will lie to your face unless you have hard evidence. Same your self the trouble and more literally anywhere else.
