After two years you either buy or you have to move. You can move into another place in community. With a catch of paying more than you have been. The water is horrible! Constant testing and boil ordinances. Always buy water. If not you will be drinking yellow water from time to time. For as much as you pay not a lot offered. You do everything. Maintenance half the time doesn't fix things. If it is major yes. People speed through the park. Even over the speed bumps. Nothing has been done about it. They are strict on many things. Be wise of how your yard and home looks. You will get a call from the office or a fine if not how they want it. Even when it comes to trash days. Which also have restrictions.

they should have to tell everyone about the water and how they treat the water before moving in there is big black and brown peices of paper in the water looks like toilet paper i am moving ASAP every otherday they put up alerts on not drinking the water i cringe everytime i go to take a shower but have no choice
