      You need to have maintenance experience or be a handy man because they dont fix things at least not the correct way. Maint destroyed some of our belongings and they never replaced them. The apartments themselves aren't that bad and they keep up the exteriors very well but they dont keep up the inside very well if something is broke they bandaid it and dont really do what is necessary to fix it right. They are decent apartments just arnt worth what they ask you to pay in rent. Also they must use the cheapest paint they can find because you arnt able to wipe the walls down to clean them.

      Since we have moved in, the storage closet in the patio doesnt open! The windows in 3 rooms are Taped to hold the screens in, the floor boards along the wall keep falling off and they have nails sticking out of them! All the faucets are older than me and Im on social security. The toilet runs constantly in the main bathroom, thank God they pay for water.The closet doors in 2 bedrooms will not stay connected, so they are up against the wall! They said we had new counter tops but they are nicked and marred so bad! The refrigerator has a hole in the base of the door and we cant buy ice cream because it doesnt freeze in our freezer! I agree with the complaint about smokers, we live above I think 3 or 4 people who smoke and it comes up on our patio and I have heart disease and have to go in the apt. So we get no use from our apt. That we pay for! When we moved it was filthy, grease on the stove, the vent is useless because of all the grease, Im going to either clean it myself or buy a new one! The cabinets had to be cleaned before we put any of our dishes or glassware into them! Im surprised that the owners of this Apartment complex are not aware of whats going on!! I thought Board of Health rules required all Apts. to be thoroughly cleaned before new tenants moved in! If not they should be!!

      We've lived here for a few months and we've had few unhappy things we've came across. Over priced for what it is. Neighbors smoke real bad and it goes into our apartment. Parking issues are also big for me. It's also not high quality

      It is one of the closer places to where I work. Close to the intersate but far enough away i don't hear any noise. The apartments are in good condition and well maintained. The few maintenance issues I have had thus far were taken care of quickly. The office staff is also friendly and pleasant to deal with. They also keep the sidewalks and roads salted / cleared as much as possible when it snows.

      I have thus far enjoyed living at Cimarron. However, I am upset at their bed bug policy. We had bed bugs in our apartment and it took me months to figure out that was what caused my sores. I am fairly positive that the bugs came in from an adjacent apartment. I believe that the policy of the tenant paying for the treatment is in need of review. $750 is a lot of money and there are cheaper treatment options.
