Unnecessarily rude office staff. Cheap carpets. Flat wall paint that is impossible to clean. Mold in closets. Tiny kitchen. Extremely high electric bill due to dated appliances. No AC all summer aside from old window units they bring you after days of no AC. ( this happens annually ) No one cleans up after their dog. Hack job on the repaving. The list doesnt end ... do not waste your money or time.

I have friends who live in these apartments and they are really nice. I am looking forward to moving in soon.

Nice apartments,good location. But they are over priced for what they offer. They say they are upgrading but havent done anything but paint the front doors.
