Spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments homes designed for convenience.
It's almost impossible to lease an apartment from this place. They just tell you to call every day to see what apartment is available. They hardly ever answer the phones or return phone calls. I think it's tacky not have a waiting list at least. No one is hardly in the lease office, and make it hard for potential residents. This must be a sign to just stay away. I could only imagine how hard it would be to communicate with them as a resident.
I needed to move somewhere quick and they were available. However, the definitely took advantage of my needing to move in quick. I viewed the apartment and they didn't even put down new carpet. The carpet had stains and cigarette burns in it. My apartment smells like smoke all the time. I thought they had at least taken some money off my monthly rent due to them being lazy. But today a lady called me and said that my rent is back to it original amount. I can't wait to move....
Insulation is terrible- I can feel the cold air coming through wall outlets and my tub is so cold that there is condensation pooling on the floor in front of it and the bathroom floor is like walking on ice - it is so cold.
Maintenance guys are good though- you have an issue- they take care of it promptly.
Maintenance is almost as bad as the people you call to request it. Office staff are rude and refuse to listen when you attempt to express a concern. Apartments are tiny and horribly outdated. Don't bother requesting maintenance, they just break your personal property and leave muddy foot prints when the come in. Don't move there. It's not worth the stress
I went and saw the lay out of a 2 bed and i was in love! I hope i get lucky
