I loved it when I had my first apartment there
I have called on several times this year in the last three months , and have gotten responses to come in to apply or tour a unit . there has been two four bed room units and one two bedroom since i've spoken with them and that been since May 23 thru July 2 ,2018. okay i've missed out on the last four bed room i will not this time so i am going to place my hold fee of 100 dollars and my application fee of 45 per adult that means age 18 over and i have two of them. Good luck to you it okay and economical for now a cute little place to lay back on and save you college fare..
Hard to get an apartment there
I was really excited when I sent the email to get more information on renting a townhouse here, but I have called, left messages, sent emails, and stopped in and to no avail I cannot get a positive response from office staff.
It seems they are either rude or completely unresponsive and that behavior lost them my business. Maybe new management/staff is needed.
Apartments seem to be nice, although the staff in the office has made me very wary of moving into the complex. I have called and visited the complex twice to take a tour and get basic information about a one bedroom. The staff was unprofessional, not friendly and made it seem as if I was interfering with their day. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism with the staff.
