Lakeview Court Apartments

I loved living in this community! My lease expired and because of the remodel I could not renew my lease but I will be back when they have remodeled homes available!! Katherine and Tracey were always great to deal with and the maintenance team was quick to resolve any of my issues (typical home problems). I can't wait to live in this community again!

Great place to leave. But unfortunately we are being kicked out like we have done something wrong. And The staff members have suddenly become mean. We are forced to move out before our lease even ends due to the fact that they have decided to remodel their apartments. And when I told them I will leave even before the dates theyre given me they did not want to work with me. It sucks to leave here

Seriously, save your money and rent elsewhere. $840 monthly for a two bedroom should have bought us a much better experience. The unit we rented here we had carpet beetles... and we had a brand new carpet. Our back door and windows never got fixed when we reported them as not properly sealed so every time it rained, the living room was soaked...not to mention the outrageous heating and cooling bills. They can't hang on to any good maintenance staff so you're lucky if they have time to fix things. A/C went out and it took FOUR days just to have one of their guys from a different complex come out to literally kick it and say "oh a wire was loose". By the way, it blows air now, but it can't maintain at all. Oh and they've disabled the online maintenance request submission. Any time I've gone into the office to pick up a package or to ask a question and the few staff members they do have are all in there, lounging with their feet up on the desks, they stare at me awkwardly as if I'm interrupting Club Time. Eventually I'll be asked "can we help you?" Rude. So as one regular person, who is just trying to live a simple life, take my advice by taking your money elsewhere.

This place has gone down hill, grounds are not kept up trash everywhere. It took 4 days to get someone to get air turn on, office staff is rude and talk down to people. These are just some of the reasons I moved!!

Great improvements have been made over the past couple of years. Staff are very responsive to service requests.

Lakeview Court is a safe comfortable place to live with a maintenance crew that always makes sure that on the rare occasion something breaks they have it fixed as quickly as humanly possible and that even means 10:00 at night emergency calls
