Lived here for 7 years during which time the company changed ownership. Once Goebel took over they installed new electric fireplace inserts but did not notify residents of people coming in. Came home to furniture moved and wet paint. I am all for upgrades, but I expect to be notified when someone enters my home. It is a violation. Paid rent on time every month and was a quiet neighbor. The interior is very nice. However, almost every summer my A/C went out. They did bare minimum to address it. Often was left with a window unit. Very little insulation and could hear everything from my neighbors below. Also meant higher Vectren bill (now live in a larger apartment but pay about half on my Vectren bill). When I finally moved, they tried to get me with a bill over $500 for paint! I would suggest you avoid this property!

Lived here for 3 years. In that time this property switch hands 3-4x. Now managed by Goebel Realty. Maintenance come in homes reeking of cigarettes and never actually fixing anything. Can hear every little sound your neighbors make through the walls. Not worth what they ask in rent.
