Prairie Ridge Apartments

O don't believe I was contacted by anyone from this property.

I survived living at Prairie Ridge for one year and couldn't wait to leave. I read the three previous reviews and I agree 100 percent. The walls, floors and ceilings are really thin. You can hear EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING. They claim to be smoke free, but they are NOT. Look elsewhere. There are no amenities for such an expensive apartment complex. Dogs are allowed to be let outside without a leash.

If you love the potential of having the loudest, most obnoxious neighbors screaming and fighting right beneath you, to a point where you can make out everything they're saying, and NO ONE doing anything about it, then look no further than Prairie Ridge Apartments! Worst. Management. Ever. TRUST me, keep looking -- You'll find somewhere way better than this place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I get when living in apartments that there is such a thing as daily life noiseand I get it. People have to live. But, then theres excessive noise and that type of noise should not be tolerated at a complex. Well, it is here! Do not move into these apartments if you are not willing to put up with excessive noise! Let me give you some examples of what Im talking about: walking, cabinets slamming (or closing from some peoples perceptive) are considered daily life noise. Yes, you hear your neighbors walking closing cabinets, alarm going off, etc. . Thats tolerable. My neighbor even has a little toddler who constantly runs above methats even tolerable. Hes a toddler. Excessive noise such a scooter scooting above your heard, balls or bowling balls that make your walls rattle, heavy objects being throwthats excessive, and if you live here and have neighbors like I do above me, you better get used to it because neither management nor corporate does a thing about it! Ive spoken to other residents in other buildings, including the neighbor across the hall from the neighbor above me, and they say its horrible, and they, too, have complained but nothing is done. They told me they just make louder noises to the annoying neighbors. Save yourself a headache move elsewhere! Management and Corporate are the worst Ive ever witnessed in an apartment complex.

I want to live here but they seem pretty expensive
