Owners have been doing lots of upgrades! they recently put new carpet in the common hallway and it looks GREAT! i hear new doors are coming soon. hoping they continue with more upgrades to the outside in the future!!

Office staff are rude. When I asked about the rent and stuff the woman in the office just gave me the once over and made the comment that I couldn't afford to live there. Basing her comment on what I was wearing was rude in my opinion cause I was still in my work clothes. They should not judge what a person can or can't pay by their clothing. She just was snobbish and acted better than never. I won't live anywhere where people look down at others in that way.

At Huntley Ridge New Albany, we have a set of Qualifying Criteria that does not include disqualification based on apparel. Items that could disqualify you include negative credit, previous evictions, not enough income, or open bankruptcies. Please contact our office if you have any further questions regarding our community or our qualifying criteria.

Call to get a ideal of what was available and the rates. The guy who answer the phone was very rude. It was like I wasting his time. He actually ask me what I wanted. I decided not to waste his time with my question, and choice another apartment complex.

I'm a current resident and right now my toilet is broke, the A/C won't switch on and the light in the bedroom doesn't work. It has been like this for over a month now. Maintence never answers calls and makes false accusations about coming. Also I was told the basement apartments don't flood, THEY DO FLOOD and nothing will be done about it. I'd look elsewhere.
