    Would give them no stars. This is the least maintained community i have ever been a part of. The lease is the only thing keeping me here. Pray them guys in the office figure out how much a little effort does. Theyll fix things and throw parties but resident assistance is horrendous. Sorry Hub.

    This place is not worth the amount they charge. Management is new every week, so it is very hard to get anything you need done in a timely manner. If these apartments were a tad updated then maybe they would be nicer, but definitely the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you go to IUS because of how convenient it is to campus.

    I like my apartment. Its pretty baseline, but Ive been blessed here for sure. My current apartment manager is so sweet and helpful and maintenance gets back with me quick. I havent had many issues at all living here the past two years!
