    Folks please let me save you money. First the floors are a very very cheap laminate and you hear every step that people upstairs take. Its so loud in the downstairs from no padding to under the laminate it will drive you crazy. And its not the upstairs tenants fault its the building. And even worse is I had to cancel my lease a few months early even though they had it already rented on the day I left they made me pay over $2100 bucks for a fee. Again they didnt loose a dollar. The kicker is my daughter has cancer and I had to move in with her to help take care of her. They didnt give a crap about it. Again it was rented out all ready on the day I left. Also I was told they had 45 days to return my deposit. I thought well Im on disability and my daughter is very sick so they clearly needed and xtra $2,100 bucks and my $250 dollar deposit bc after 60 days I called about my deposit and I forfeited that to. Its great to see how much they cared for the people in their community. One more tidbit is in my 10 months there I seen at least 15 people move out just at gaslight alone. If I can help one person not get creamed out of $2350 bucks then thats a little refund for me
