Academy Park Apartments is New Albany's newest and most exciting community. We are minutes away from three interstate highways where you can access Louisville, Jeffersonville, River Ridge Commerce Center, and the new 265 bridge. Our apartment homes consist of two or three bedrooms all with two full baths and washer/dryer connections. Academy Park Apartments, located adjacent to Sam Peden-Community Park and Christian Academy, are a beautiful place to call home. We have two and three bedroom units. Our 2 bedroom units are 1141 sq ft and are $905 a month and our spacious 3 bedroom units are 1374 sq ft and are $1250 a month. Do you have a fur baby? Great bring your baby along with you! The only restriction we have for pets is not aggressive breeds. Other then that bring your fur baby and lets get you set up in your new home. Welcome to our community. Before you apply to rent an apartment at our community, please take time to review this qualifying criteria to determine if you are eligible. The term ?Applicant(s)? or ?Leaseholder(s)? under these criteria means the person(s) who is signing a rental application and, if approved, will be signing the lease as a ?resident?; the term ?occupant(s)? in these criteria means the other person(s) authorized to be occupants under the lease. Please note that these are our current qualifying criteria; nothing contained in these requirements shall constitute a guarantee or representation by us that all residents or occupants currently residing in the community have met these requirements. There may be residents or occupants who have resided in the community prior to these requirements going into effect. Additionally, our ability to verify whether these requirements have been met is limited to the information we receive from the various resident credit reporting services used. This community complies with all applicable fair housing laws including those that prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or disability.
Occupancy Standard: Two persons maximum per bedroom. (Exception: children six (6) months of age or under unless otherwise directed by Federal, State, or Local regulations)
Availability: An apartment becomes available to prelease when the current resident submits a written notice to vacate.
Utilities: Resident will be required to pay water, sewer, trash, pest control and gas due at the first of the month with their rental payment. Additionally, a resident is required to provide and maintain the electricity in their name during the entire lease term(s).
Age Requirement: All leaseholders and occupants age 18 years or older are required to submit an application for approval

    Rent here if you wanna be treated like trash. You can hear every word people are saying outside or in another units. Dont be fool by the looks. The add on will raise your rent. You wont get a deposit back unless you hire a cleaner to clean after you move out. Youll be better off spending your money somewhere esle.

    Courtney is the rudest person, I am a retired disabled veteran and I was denied the ability to stay there because Courtney said I didn't have a job I told her that I retired disabled veteran and she said so what claims being filed and pending

    New and horrible construction! The balcony shows sunlight! I hope no one above spills things or damages my patio furniture! Just moved here from Florida! They actually put a notice or notices in my doorway telling me I had 10 days to get a 26' trailer unloaded, put away and put in storage! Moved in on June 6, STILL NO WIFI, TV OR PHONE SERVICE! They call it an "ISSUE,",,,it's a real problem! The office staff is not equipped to send texts, they are southernly rude! Kitchens are so tiny, where does one put the pots and pans??? Kids upstairs, walking and washers...I hear it all! High priced for the area! I have no clue how it passed a building inspection! The doors won't stay closed!! We call it a crooked little house, emphasis on crooked!

    I moved in 2 months ago now and I love our apartment! It's very large and each room and bathroom is spacious. The office staff have been nice when we called and the property is super nice. I never see trash on the grounds and it's right next door to a large beautiful park. Parking has never been an issue, but that may change in theory once all of the newly built units are filled. They allow pets which was good for us. Overall I would recommend to others, in fact I have, it's nice and everything is brand new so there's nothing really not to like.

    Just relocated from SW Florida, very pleased with size and price. way cheaper and larger. For apartment living it is very quiet and staff has been incredible so far. highly recommend
