Colonial Crest is located on the Northwest side of Muncie, near IU Ball Memorial Hospital and Ball State University, you will find the rental rates very affordable. Prices begin at $770 per month for our one bedroom apartments. Studio apartments start at $770. Two bedroom apartments begin at $950 per month. Two bedroom townhouses start at $1000 per month. Our three bedroom start at $1,150 per month. We also offer short term leases, as well for an extra monthly fee. 3 - 6 - 9 - 12 month leases are available. Our Application Fee is only $40 to process your credit and background checks. Deposits are equal to your first months rent for unfurnished apartment and $700 for furnished apartments. All deposits are non-refundable after 72 hours. We are also pet friendly (with restrictions). Our executive suites feature whirlpool tubs, tile and are fully furnished. These extended stay units are rented by the month.     Love the property landscaping...Summer & Fall it's beautiful here. Much bigger then I thought when I first moved in. My son loves to fish and feed the ducks... The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space. Rents are compatible for the space. Maintenance takes a bit depending on the issue, but always gets addressed. Best thing is it's quiet here....no loud music or noisy neighbors... You can come home from work and relax without lots of irritations..No problem sleeping at night.

    I only need one bedroom furnished. Im a traveling nurse. Just be working most the time

    I go fishing out here a lot. Mostly everyone that lives there is friendly, they always ask how my day is going or if I've caught anything yet. The staff is nice, Linda knows what she's doing and does her work well, the other staff are usually well mannered and ask how our day is going and gives a smile. It's a nice area to be in.
