    We have just renewed our second lease here! We love it! The staff and maintenance are on top of everything. The streets and sidewalks are plowed and salted any time it snows. They walk around most days and pick up any trash. They come and take care of any issues you may have in your apartment. Most of the neighbors seem nice. It does seem high, but any apartments are getting more expensive wherever you go.

    I have lived here for over 2 years. The office and maintenance staff are pleasant professional and actually good at there jobs. The grounds are beautiful with wildlife around ponds being relaxing and a nice club house with plenty of extras. The best part is the floor plans. they maximize space with large rooms and still give you a nice fireplace to unwind on a cold winter night.

    What a wonderful move-in experience! Brittani was very timely with any requests required prior to moving in and all of the facilities, including our unit looked great. Have had three other "Landlords" and so far this has been my best experience yet. Cannot wait to use the balcony view of the pond area with the waterfall. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking in South Bend/Mishawka.

    These apartments are the perfect size, location, and a great price! The staff is very welcoming and after working with Brittani, our move in was a breeze. Her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness made us very comfortable with our decision to live here. Definitely recommend !

    Staff help was great. saw the 2 bedroom model and it was very nice. Will be dropping off my application Wednesday. Beautiful place to live.

    RUN.....AWAY! Look for a place that will offer you better maintenance and FRIENDLY office staff who keep their word. Rules are enforced when they feel like it. Dog and goose crap everywhere. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I enjoyed having a fireplace in my apartment, and it's pet-friendly. Decor is old and outdated. AC and Furnace units are originals. Water from other apartments can be heard running through the walls.
