I love the fact that we have 24/hr maintenance and its peaceful to walk around in the evening and the office staff has been very nice.
The maintenance is horrible. I moved in a little over two months ago, to make matters worse the appt complex had additional 30 days to have the townhouse ready for move in. The day I moved in they still fixing major issues, such as electrical issues. Most of the rooms outlets didnt work. It took them 4 days to correct this. The sink was leaking as well. They didnt inform me the tenets before had roaches. I never had bugs in my house so I first when I saw them I didnt know what they were! They had to spray the appt again! The vents had food in them and lots of dust! They towns house was missing Blinds, the carpet was new but they never vacuum the appt before move in, the closet is falling apart, the windows are hard to lock and the screens had holes in them! My back gates actually almost fell on me during the walk through! The land scraping as has tons of Cigarettes and weeds, trees and bushes growning out of control! they use so many chemicals you cant see in the bottoms of the pool, the landscaping is horrendous. The townhouses like like the front low income. Which they should because they are far more expensive! Not sure what my rent is going too but Ill looking to move out and break my lease the place is that horrible! I would recommend the poorest of the poor to live here.
Honestly, I think Pin Oak is very average. Overall, I like the apartment. I do NOT love it. Pin Oak has a lot of potential. I don't know what else to say or do to make it better because it is a community project.
Need to know if this is low-income based?. Is it based on how much you get in a month?. I tried an apartment, but instead I didn't make the amount they wanted in a month.Even though I get over 950.00 a month. So can you answer my questions?.I only need a small apartment, nothing fancy.please answer my questions.Thank you very much.
