Almost moved into these apartments thank god I didn't!! Got all the way through the application process paying almost $400 in fees to "hold the unit" to then be told that the unit is no longer available. What is the holding fee for then? When asking why this happened I was only given the run around by leasing agent Natalie. Instead of being apologetic everyone in the leasing office made me feel like I was in the wrong for being upset over the situation. NO ONE would give a solid answer if my money would be refunded and NO ONE would send me an email in writing that I would be refunded. After asking multiple times for an email stating that my money would be refunded I was told by the Manager that she would send me an email but not right now because she was "Trying to get out of the office" because she was "busy doing her job"... it was 9:30 am their office had just opened why was she leaving? I then asked her is this not your job to send me an email? to which she replied "no". I asked for other contact information to the department that will allegedly be issuing the refund so I can contact them for updates about the refund and the Manager also told me she can't do that! What can they do?? I could keep going about the awful customer service but it doesn't seem to be worth my time just like my concerns weren't worth their time. Read the other recent reviews about these leasing agents. This office needs a major restructuring! Don't let the 4 stars fool you!

First and foremost, if I could give this place ZERO stars I absolutely would! We live under an individual (who I am trying not to berate in this review) with three kids and a treadmill in her bedroom! We have contacted the office a minimum of 4 times with VIDEO recordings of the nightmarish conditions that we have to endure. We pay $1250 a month to live somewhere that is absolutely atrocious and I wouldn't wish it upon our enemies. Just last week both myself and another neighbor were woken up at 11PM on a weekday (we go to work at 4AM) to our neighbor intentionally causing havoc due to the ongoing complaints (this gentleman has video recordings as well). This must be her childish attempt to somehow get retribution towards us due to our disdain for her behavior. We are suppose to call maintenance in the middle of the night, have them come into our apartment to observe the noise. We have done this multiple times now to no avail. I confronted this neighbor to make sure she understood that our family is not going to put up with this disrespect. I was then sent a lease violation for approaching her! I have asked this apartment community to allow us to exit the lease and we would gladly take our services somewhere else. THEY WONT EVEN GIVE US THE COURTESY TO LEAVE THE COMMUNITY! This has been going on for 9 months now!

Autumn lakes is definitely the better maintained and safest apartment complex in the area but is overshadowed by dishonest staff and absurd rental increases. I've been at Autumn lakes for nearly 4 years and while my experience in the apartment has been good, there are issues that leave me dissatisfied: When my roommate and I moved out of our 2 bedroom unit, we were given a $900 bill to replace all of the carpet due to a small amount of pet damage at the front door. This was after they had inspected our unit and said everything was good and that we were ready for move out. They contacted us again saying they wanted to inspect the unit again and we waited several weeks for the second inspection. They finally decided to do the inspection(entered our apartment without notice) 2 days before the move out date in order to strong arm us into paying for the carpet, leaving no time to dispute. They claimed all the carpet must be replaced as it was supposedly one piece but that was not the case. When pointed out, they then shifted to say it was because their carpenter could not do seams. To make matters worse, they claimed the carpet was brand new and charged us the full price even though we noted 2 pet stains near the sliding door and in the dining area. We were forced to pay as my room mate and I were moving into other Edward Rose properties and would cause conflict. The level of dishonestly is concerning and the use of stall tactics in order to force people into paying or be blackballed from Edward Rose properties is gross. There are multiple instances I've experienced stall tactics and straight up dishonestly that does not fit into the character limit of this review. Renters beware.

I love this apartment! My third floor has gorgeous vaulted ceilings and a half moon window. The office staff is very helpful and polite too.

I've lived here for almost 5 years now. I love the location! Easy access to the bypass and not far from town. It's a quiet location, with no trouble. I think the price is great for the room and ammenties you get! I LOVE that there is a full size washer and dryer provided in each unit. The staff is friendly and help with any repairs in a timely manner with no hassle! I highly recommend these apartments!
