What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Mishawaka

The street I live on is between a main road and railroad tracks with one side of my street residential and a large business complex on the other side. So the side my home is on only has 6 houses. It's nestled in the middle of a quiet spot, right in the middle of an urban area. It's an oasis of a tiny suburb carved out of urban activity.

I love how close the park is to take my daughter. The fields in the back of my house are perfect for picnics. Its relatively quiet other than kids playing.

I don't want to live where I am but it's too expensive to move in a better area. We don't have a mainstay place that will stay in the area long. Crime makes all the positive things get closed or taken

Some of the things I like about my neighborhood is that it is quiet. Not many things happen here. If something does happen, it happens once in a blue moon and then it is usually forgotten about.

Everyone in the neighborhood help each other. I would say that Outback Steakhouse is my favorite restaurant. When going out with family and friends we usually go to a restaurant

Neighbors are friendly. Gas station close by. Local owned italian restaurant within walking distance is good. The city business route is close by, providing a decent fast route through town.
