Went through a lady who doesnt know what apartments are available Finally was contacted by an onsite manager, only to find out I was wasting my time and there werent any apartments available. I drove by to see the location, and was glad nothing was available. Misleading ad makes it sound like its by Lake Michigan.

The only reason I moved out was due to relocating. The apartment was clean and safe. The staff was professional and kind. When maintenance requesting was needed they responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend The Long Beach Cove Apartments if you are looking for a place to call home. Thanks a million.

For the price, building was not well kept, tenant doors all had large dents and dings, units are small, walls do not insulate sound well.

Terrible place to waste your money. Quality of the apartments is poor for the price. Walls are paper thin, carpets are usually stained (have moved to two different apartments and have noticed poor carpet cleaning at both). Last but not least, management. They have gone through 4 property mangagers and each one worse than the last. Paperwork always lost and asked for it multiple times in regards to my dogs shot records. Lost one of my checks once and deposited it 1.5 months later and claimed I owed them 50$ for it being late. Will not be re-leasing. The company does not care about their tenants, they only care about cashing their rent checks.
