The Ridge

DON'T COME HERE. As a current resident we've had to move from our apartment to another because of fallen ceilings! These apartments have been on more that 2 news stations and not be cause of good reviews!(WGN 9, and ABC) I'm serious DO NOT COME HERE!

One bedroom apartment

I drove by the property to see how it looked in person and pictures and models can be deceiving. I noticed there were no doorbells so how does Amazon, Ups or a friend announce themselves; the front door was unlocked and had a big hole in one of the corners. There was a new door closer on the door but the door itself seemed pretty beat up. The building was quiet at 5pm and there was a resident there who said the building was "ok". I'm a bit anxious now, curious about veracity of reviews claiming bugs and mold. I guess I will find out when I get to see inside of the actual apartment.

I've been talking to who I thought was management of Hickory Ridge Lake Apartments and I was to go in and sign lease and get keys and look at the apartment so I was there at 9 o clock and the person finally showed up at 930. To tell me I had no apartment that she didn't know had done that so yeah I would thank twice before you move in

I was due to move into a unit, the unit they showed me was not the unit I got, they played switch a roo, I payed all the fees and was waiting to get the keys, I show up the day of my move with all my belongings on the moving truck, to a unit I wasn't shown and the place was filthy and unacceptable!!! they didn't paint the unit it was blood splatter on the walls from the last tenant, place was dusty and dirty and the stove was filthy and nasty and needed to be thrown in the trash!! I went back to the rental office and cursed those unprofessional people out and put my stuff in storage, I didn't take the filthy, trifflyn apartment and it took them 3 to 4 months to return my security deposit to me!!! DON'T MOVE HERE THIS IS GARBABE AND TRASH!!!

Yes i give it 7 its difficult to get to the rental application
