It truly feels like a close, loving family atmosphere. We love to call Prairie Point our home. The office help are carding friendly wonderful people. We love all they activities they arrange for us. Great place to live.

Horrible horrible place to live. The management is so rude and lazy. They also favor to the ones who pay more for their apt. And they allowed the crazy cat lady to feed all the stray cats in the town of Merrillville so now it stinks everywhere there and feces everywhere outside, and the cats also climb all over your vehicles and poop and urinate on them. I complained as well as a few others and they have done nothing. Absolutely nothing. They are so unorganized and ignorant. They also charge way to much money for rent for ancient appliances and patio doors that have drafts that come through in the winter. So dont live here its horrendous.

I loved living at Prairie Point. My apartment was in great condition, had a splendid view (pond, ducks, deer), and was quiet. Maintenance requests were promptly handled. The grounds were lovely. I always was proud when guests came and commented about how much they wished they lived here too!
