I gave them a good review, my first ever review after getting an email and asking if I would. I've lived here over 14 years and like I said in my first review, haven't had any problems, maintenance takes care of things in a timely fashion and office staff was nice but the very next day, day after I gave my review, I get another email. Your rent will go up $34 starting in January. Not $10-$15 but $34! I definitely was feeling some type of way because the rent goes up every year but $34?. When i questioned the office as to why so much, she said because they raised the rent in June and October and they can raise it 6 TIMES PER YEAR! I guess since I've always signed a year lease, they had to wait till it was time to renew and added both rent increases. Then I found out that now you have to use their internet service and their cable or direct tv because that's who they have a contract with. I was not notified of these changes and found out while reading other reviews. Since I already had my att internet, I can keep it but I was searching for a better price internet and cable company and had I cancelled my services or tried to get new service, I would have been stuck using their services which reviews aren't good. It's not pet friendly in all units because I have asked about having a pet and was told the bldg I live in isn't pet friendly. It wasn't pet friendly when I moved in but then years later they said they were going to allow pets only in the front bldgs to see how it would go. I asked about my getting a pet a while after their "trial" and was told they probably wouldn't go pet friendly because cats were destroying cabinets and things but I guess they changed their minds just never sent out any notices to advise the tenants of changes. I think after almost 15 years as a loyal tenant, they'd stop raising my rent or do some updates. I see in the descriptions now the units have microwaves and blinds so I'll see if my unit can get some updating!

From what I can see, this is a place I would love to live and that I think would be safe and pleasant for my 3 year old son. Great prices for the amenities and location. Outside looks beautiful as well. I pray i'm approved after submitting the application.

I was greeted w/ professionalism right away. Brittani took the time to explain everything that each floor plan offers and specifics of having 2 dogs which is a rarity these days. I greatly appreciated the time she took for me.

They need to upgrade the kitchen is not equal to what you see outside Everything is very clean and beautiful but apartments inside need extra love. my question is there is any option to change or upgrade the kitche and just get an additional charge to the rent like $20, $50? or are you guys looking to upgrade soon or later?

I have lived at Huntington Cove since January 2017. I love this complex. The front office staff (especially Rose and Brittney) are great. Maintenance is fast, my neighbors are friendly, and there is very little noise. My biggest pros in addition to this are the vaulted ceilings and floor plan. My cons are the outdated kitchen and carpet. Both really need to be replaced. Aside from this, I love my apartment!
