Communication from the staff is terrible. They did not tell me that my rent would increase by $100+ if I switched to a month-to-month lease. Because of the high turnover and change in management, and payment systems, I was also double charged for rent insurance multiple times. Additionally, my apartment had mice for multiple months. They set two traps, which did nothing. When I complained again, they just gave me 2 glue traps to set myself. They told me that they would contact pest control, but that never happened. Eventually I had to buy my own traps which actually caught the mice. I've lived in multiple apartments over the past 6 years, and this place had to be, by far, the worst place I've rented from.

The upkeep on these apartments is terrible. Apartments haven't been fully painted in several several years. There are rodents. The parking lot has not been repaved in years there's huge potholes. The upstairs apartments don't have carpet to help soundproof so the person living in the apartment below hears everything like it's coming from their own apartment. Having rubber backed carpet in the upstairs apartment would help with soundproofing.

I have been a resident here for several years. The new management is the best they have ever had. Maintenance takes care of everything right away. The apartments are really big and we'll cared for. Great place for kids. Nice neighbors.
